Made the reservation day of due to a storm. Check in was easy and the location was surreal being surrounded by mountains. The hot springs was a huge bonus, soaking in a hot tub while the reindeer roamed. Room was clean and they cleared the snow out very quickly.
My wife and I had a cancellation at another location in Northern Idaho that was going to ruin our anniversary plans. We woke up not knowing what to do and contacted many locations and we were luckily able to find that these guys had one room available. They we’re also able to put us into a private Hot Springs even though the schedule was booked out and were able to give us a lot of accommodations That they were not usually able to do. Very happy with our stay.
The rooms were very clean and had all the necessities, but a bit worn and dated. The toilet in our room did not stop running until I turned the water off. It was difficult to sleep as noise transferred easily through the walls and door. The heater for the room was also hard to adjust as there was no temperature reading, just a knob. The hot springs near the river were a very nice feature; however I think their shared hot spring might be bordering on too hot.
I love to stay here and use their outdoor hot tub with my grandma. She sits out there with but it's too much to get her out of her wheelchair and into her bikini and into the hot tub. So I just sit in the hot tub in my bikini and my grandma sits next to it in her wheelchair and tosses grapes and I try to catch them with my mouth. I miss sometimes. Sorry if there's grapes in the hot tub anybody. But yeah, great place to stay
I was in town working on the Wapiti fire. This was a great place to stay. It was clean and close to work. There was a restaurant right next door that is part of the resort, the food is very good and the service is excellent. The staff at the lodge we're all very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.
