We love this pretty RV park amongst the tall pines more than any around Graeagle. The maintenance is impeccable. There are privacy fences between sites and many sites have their own grass lawns. Restrooms are very clean and even have fluffy rugs in your shower stall! There is a laundry and a clothes line to hang your clothes. It is essentially in Graeagle and you can walk to town for coffee or the store. One of the staff is an artist and there are cool murals all around the park. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the restrooms and laundry are not wheel chair accessible. Our sure, #11, worked for our 36’ RV with a wheelchair on passenger side. There was not deep gravel which was helpful too.
Great place to stay!! We loved everything and we'll definitely be back... The best part was: - pet friendly, enough room to be spread out, lots of pet waste stations and trails to walk on. - Very easy to get to and there is a hamburger/frosty stand within walking and then just ahead is the small town of Graeagle all walking/biking distance for us since we never have a car with us. - the wildlife. Saw a bobcat in the meadow in the morning and a mama deer with her two babies on our evening walk. Very easy to get to from Reno.
Very nice park. The lady that checked us in was adorable and very friendly and helpful. She led us to our spot in her golf cart. The bathrooms are clean. In the ladies side they have bath mats in every stall and in the two shower stalls. Showers were good, nice hot water. The A14 road was right next to our site, but at night it was very quiet except for the occasional train. All in all, I really enjoyed our stay.
Just a bad experience this time all around it was 1245 in the afternoon on our first morning there and someone pulled into our camp spot by accident and we have three dogs and they went bunkers understandable but then somebody ran up and started screaming at us that we needed to control the dogs put them inside or leave The lady was unprofessional and rude to say the lease. Yes we understand keeping the dogs under control but it was our first morning and we had a new puppy first time camping. We won’t be back way to go ruin our anniversary, my husband‘s birthday and our older dogs last camping trip .
Terrible cancellation/refund policy that doesn’t look out for the customer. Our new baby is sick and we asked for credit for next camp season. Owners absolutely refused to accommodate us; we didn’t even ask for a refund— we wanted to just keep the credit on our account. Owner admitted to not giving credit even for customers who break down on the side of the road. Doesn’t seem like the family-friendly small business they claim to be. They do not care.
