Good price if you can put up with the smell, but they make up for it on your electricity bill. Several people we met there had issues with the meters reading way too high, and they will not do anything to fix it even if your meter is clearly malfunctioning. The office lady is also exceptionally difficult if you get on her bad side, threatened to shoot a friends dogs just for being off-leash right outside the camper. The maintenance lady was super nice though.
Good price, not noisy, feed lot close, great place for an over night stop. Lots of pull through.
Smells really bad everyday like the dairy farm right down the road and thousands of flys everywhere. A lot of the meters didn’t work so they just guess how much electric you’re using. They charged us $75 dollars for electric for the first week we were there for a small travel trailer and even after talking to her about how high that was she had me pay it. Had my husband talk to them and he Got (some)of the money back when we left for the big over charge on electric, payed for a month but only stayed 12 days. Worst rv park we’ve been to, bad service from the owners, wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend…
Nice little place in town. Friendly people and very accommodating even though we were coming in late after a blown tire.
Was okay for an overnight stop. We entered by the general store and couldn't find the office right away. People there are very friendly, but it is located close to a large cattle area and the air really reeked in the evening into the next morning!
