Visited today with my dogs and walked part of the Lake Spring Trail. Beautiful views!
I grew up going to Clark's Hill with my dad for years. I loved it! The sites De big! There was also a play park that I loved. I'd spend forever in the fire swing... Unless other kids wanted a ti 😊. There's a beach like swimming area. The park ranger dropped by every night. Sometimes I he'd eat / w/ us. They called him Red. I didn't realize until much later than.,
The park isn't charging to enter until October. The water is up, and although warm this time of the year, it's pretty clean and enjoyable. Wasn't to any people out
Great place to enjoy a day at lake with family. My usual reason for visiting this location is access to running trails.
What people should know is they do not accept cards lol bring cash. Awesome site's, employees and it's well maintained.
