What a great spot! We had a king bed cabin and it was so cute. We will be back and spend more days here. It’s close to so many beautiful spots and the set up is super nice. Easy check in and check out. We are at Dukes directly across the street and the food was great but we could have cooked in the cabin with all the supplies available.
We booked two cabins for one night in January 2025. We were all extremely happy and impressed with the quality of the accommodations. The self-service check-in was a breeze. We also had the chance to meet one of the owners, who was very kind and welcoming. The cabin was perfectly warm despite freezing temperatures outside and a same-day reservation & check-in in an off-peak season. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was spacious and we loved how the TV was showing a fireplace upon arriving, which made our arrival after many hours of driving a delight. Though we didn't make use of it, it was also amazing that they provide the free laundry services (machines + detergent). And beyond all of that, the price to quality ratio was spectacular. We highly recommend this place to anyone coming through Hanksville, UT!
Absolutely loved staying here. We stayed here with our three kids and two dogs. Rooms are beautiful, clean, warm (mornings were about 10 degrees in January). We even met Adam the owner as they were building a new cabin right next to ours. If you are looking for adventure but also want to sleep in great comfort, I would highly recommend.
On a weekend trip to Goblin Valley and surrounding areas, was our first time staying in Hanksville. It was a better experience than we were expecting. The cabins are clean and well stocked. It was extremely easy to check in / arrive late (already had access to our rooms through a keypad system). Diner across the street was great. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
Clean rooms, great location if you are planning to explore factory butte or goblin valley state park. An hour away from capitol reef. They have all the essentials like microwave, utensils etc. Even the Laundry is free :)
