Customer Reviews
Teri, the manager, was great. Park was clean (didn't use public facilities). Stayed in yearly site AA10 during Xmas week to get full hookups. Site(s) need some serious leveling. My 5th wheel automatic leveler threw an Error code due to forward pitch of the site
We LOVE it here. We are local but I have a toddler who has been wanting to camp so bad so we gave it a try. Needless to say now we can’t wait to go back very soon. We rented a primitive tent site which was amazing. It was right off the hiking trail. So much space. The playground was fun too. We also rented a golf cart which was very convenient. It was a nice get away to slow down and enjoy nature. 10/10! Only con was I had no cell service and the primitive tent site must have been too far to connect to WiFi. I’m okay without my phone however as a mom you just never know when there could possibly be an emergency and need that service.
We stayed in site D01 for 3 nights. It's off by itself next to the bounce pad, swings and bath house. At first, I was hesitant because it's at the back of the parking area, but it has a large concrete pad, very large great shade trees and backs up to the green space. The people that work camp at the park were very friendly, as were all of the neighbors. The laundry room was fairly clean and reasonably priced at $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry. While searching for a grocery store, I found Dublin Farm in Chesterfield that's 1 1/2 miles from the park. It is the BEST farm market, which super fresh corn and produce, tons of meat and fresh eggs. We stocked our freezer at very reasonable prices. We loved our stay at Muncie RV Resort and hope to have the opportunity to go back to the area again.
We stayed at a campground, not a hotel. Overall, the campground was nice. The staff was very friendly. Our biggest complaint was there was no Wi-Fi or cable. We were given a Wi-Fi name and password but it would only connect for a few minutes at a time and then it would kick us out. Also, the bathrooms were very outdated and not very clean.
Nice spot in Anderson Indiana. We had a lovely spot down by the open fields - very peaceful and pretty. Some long term RVs but everything is kept up nicely. Stayed in a 40’ class A and would stay again.
