Small park with sites arranged like parallel parking. Water/Power at $25/night. Self service payment at kiosk. Basic but clean toilet/shower. Code lock on bathroom door. Shower curtains rather than latching door for toilet or shower. Sites are long enough for big rigs. Quiet area a few blocks south of the main intersection in town. Nice park with beautiful grass next door. Community basketball. Large pool that is not open yet in early May. Dump station onsite.

I would not recommend staying here in a tent. The tent sites are right on the road and must be near train tracks because a train was waking me up like every 30 minutes. The bathrooms also don’t have privacy. One has a curtain but is ripped and doesn’t cover the space. There was also a huge hole by my tent that I didn’t see in the dark that’s dangerous.

It is a great cheap overnight stay for tenting. There were only 3 tent sites in the campground. We got the best one. It had a sheltered picnic table and shaded tent area with trees. Since it is a city campground there are lots of things to do. Memorial Park is right next door with basket all courts, softball fields, a city pool with a diving board and waterslide, ect. It is a first come first serve campground where you pay a kiosk and get a receipt with a code for the bathroom and wifi. This is more of a city camping campground because it doesn't have the nature aspect as much. It was fun because we stayed here July 3rd and there was a rodeo going on at the fairgrounds next to us. On the 4th the library held a pancake breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay here again for one night as a pass through. Bathrooms were okay. The women's restroom had one bathroom stall with a curtain and one with no curtain. The shower stalls had a curtain also. There were separate bathrooms available at the park too that were the same.

Drive in chose your spot, pay at the machine and place the ticket in your dashboard. Says to leave before or by 11:59 Nice kids park right beside it not gated, with gated public pool opened from 1 to 5:15 when asked about hours for the next day. The wifi was showing up here and there, coming in and out, my son was able to use it on his phone at a certain spot in the rv but when I tried it didn't work at all. We were parked right in the middle of the whole thing. :/ The parking isn't huge so it's weird that we don't have a stronger or more reliable wifi. Maybe it's placed on a side.🤷‍♀️ There was plugs for pretty much everyone it seems and one water faucet for two spots. The Dump station is near the restrooms and free. (Well you pay for the night so included..😆) *Pictures are taken from outside the place, you can see poles around the campground. One picture is showing a blue tent at the very end (barely noticeable) big trees, the main road is right behind.

Very thankful for this city park campground. No problem moving around with our 39' 5th wheel. Compact gravel and level grounds, even after rain. Great, clean playground and park. Pay machine for $25.00 a night (no free nights) electric and potable water. 7 rigs were parked with us last night. Very quiet, nothing sketchy. We will stay again.
