We stayed at the park for two weeks, and the location was great! We were just a mile from the Crater of Diamonds State Park and not too far from Hot Springs National Park! It snowed most of our stay, so we could only really go to the crater for a little bit before we left, but the park was very quiet, and the staff was pleasant and accommodating! If you stay for a couple of days, the park will let you borrow their diamond mining equipment, which was really nice! Also, there were laundry facilities and bathrooms on site; we personally didn't need to use them, but it's great that it's an option. It's outside a very small town, so if you need to go to Walmart or grab some food, you'll have to drive to the next town over, which is about 20 minutes, but the views during the drive are really pretty! We did end up losing power for a couple of hours, and they immediately let us know what was going on. They checked in on us during the snow and provided tips to avoid having our water freeze. Super kind and we really enjoyed our time here!

If you wanna visit the crater of diamonds but they are booked completely for stays this is a great I wouldn't even say second choice. Our family went as a group to crater of diamonds and they were able to book tent camping there which we were able to visit. It is absolutely stunning there. But this rv park has beautiful views as well the owner and staff were super friendly, the hospitality was out of this world. They set up a jewel find for the kids at night at no extra charge with flashlights and even my teens loved it. They had nearby horse and donkeys that lived to visit so enjoying the animals was a plus. They offer at no extra charge diamond digging lessons and loan you all the equipment for free pending demand what they can spend if you stay at least 2 nights. Whereas the Crater of diamonds charges rental fees for their equipment. Pending weather even though we stayed in tent our stay was wonderful. I'm sure the RVs are super happy. Even with our tent camping we had a tent pad access to electricity and water. And bathrooms not too far off with showers. And coin opp laundry if needed.

Amazing place to stay!! Very quiet and clean. Sarah and Lynn are awesome. Sarah gives a class each morning on how to look for diamonds. And they provide the equipment to do so. We will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay. The park is right off a main road and was easy in and easy out. The couple running it were friendly and knowledgeable and have equipment on site available for rent or to borrow depending on length of stay. They are also able to give sifting lessons in the mornings. Site was level with full hook ups.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place. The people were fantastic, so helpful and nice. The park is so clean and safe. Excellent location close to the Crater of Diamonds. They held a gemstone glow in the dark gem hunt for the kids. My daughter loved it!! Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend!!

This is a quiet older site that is being brought to modern standards. The location is near Crater of Diamonds State Park, and the staff will help you learn to find diamonds. They also have equipment to loan if you stay two or more nights. The facilities show their age but were clean and in working order. The wifi was inoperable when we stayed, and there was a crew working on extending the system. The parking spots were gravel, but level, and all utilities worked well. The park was adequate, and I expect it will become nicer as time goes on.

Love this place!!! Sites are well maintained and bathouses are a little old, but clean and the showers get hot. The best part is the customer service. Sarah does an amazing job making sure you have what you need and feel like you are a friend and not just a guest. Your safety and comfort are never in question. Will do my best to get back here in the coming years.

Beautiful little park that also has tent sites. They also furnish you diamond hunting equipment and teach you how to use it for free, if you stay 2 nights. Great people. I will always stay there whenever I return to hunt for diamonds.
