My Place Hotel-Cheyenne, WY

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are spotless and cozy. They are very pet friendly and even welcomed my dog with a treat! Brian was at the front desk and he was so welcoming, informative and kind. I truly can’t believe how high the quality is for such an affordable price.

A most FANTASTIC hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious room and excellent staff. Loved the full size refer. Even had staff vacuuming the laundry room. Front desk made us decaf coffee. Good dog walk areas, but avoid the rear bc there’s a steep drop off down a hill. Highly recommend!

There was no sign in front or on the building. Only knew it was the hotel because of Google maps . The room was a good size and clean. The refrigerator was kinda noisy . Pet friendly hotel with carpet in the rooms is good, in my opinion. Kitchenette in the rooms but nothing, including for cooking or eating on. Kinda odd in my options. The elevator was not working, so we had to care our bags up to the second floor . It's right next, too, and across the street from trains tracks .

This hotel seems newish. Our room was laid out nicely, the bed was comfortable but the room appeared to have been hastily cleaned. The table still had dust from the last person's stay. The floor had dried coffee drips on it. I felt like the value for price was good. I think they might just have issues with the help.

This place is a total disaster. I stayed there for a month while in training to become a flight attendant. I had to leave a do not disturb sign because the first time they came to clean the room, they left things worse of than before. One night, I left my laundry outside my door to go get my door key and the coins to do it, and within one minute, someone literally opened my room door and put my clothes inside and told me that I can't have stuff outside the room. This is a poorly educated person in costumer service and social interaction altogether. I didn't make a big deal because I Was under a contract and studying for my training. I didn't have time to address that nonsense and didn't want to make the company that was paying for this to have to deal with anything, but if you can completely disregard someone's privacy in their own room and touch their personal stuff, I can only imagine what you can do while I'm not in the room. I put my personal stuff in my luggage and locked it with a lock I had and pretty much was ready to lose stuff because you just can't trust a behavior like that. If I was on my own time there, I would have called the cops and made a report in case I lost anything. The entire attitude of most of the workers there was a completely disappointing and dissatisfied experience. I am not for negative comments/reviews but sometimes you just have to say some things. Amanda is the name of one of the workers and she's the only one who was worth leaving a good report for. Everyone else needs to educate themselves in what customer service really means. As much as I liked my experience in this town, I will never even look at that place or recommend it to anyone.
