Very nice place to stay, so quite and peaceful. Clean grounds. They also have a putt putt putt course, 2 different marshes, which have alligators in them. It's got RVs to rent to stay in. We will be back to stay again.

Enjoy your stay avoid the neighborhood drama.Pick up behind your pet, don’t throw cardboard in the wrong dumpster, don’t pee in the pool, park in your designated parking spot be courteous to others and remember we share the marsh with the 4H camp.Make sure you follow these rules closely and to the letter and the local meter maids may not come after you.

Nice park and very nice workers we met some really nice people and made great friends. Just stay away from lot 168 for rental. The landlord is a nightmare and constantly there. Changes your rent a few times in the first couple of months. She puts it on the market then takes it off while you’re renting with a lease. You never know which one is going to show up unannounced. Rent at your own risk soon as you sign the lease she changes.

It's a very nice, quiet gated resort. There are two pools, a kiddie pool and a jacuzzi. Most lots are owned and lived on full time. However, you could rent either a lot for your own camper or motor home, or there are park model rentals as well, usually monthly or annual leases. I had been told there is a list in the front office of rental lots or park models. This is part of what's posted on Maps under the "About" tab: Rentals do not go through the Office and if the Owner decides to rent out their lot, they will typically post on the internet sites (FB Marketplace, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, ForRent.com, Realtor.com)" I hope this clears up all the misconceptions of what type of resort this is. If you see low star ratings, it seems that it's a problem of not understanding the location. We have an HOA and rules here because all lots are privately owned, though a few are rented. Some people seem to have the wrong impression that this is a campground where travelers stay a week or two and go home. It's not a transient type of resort.
