Really nice waterfall! The falls were quite large and even though there was not much rain there was still a lot of water flowing. I was there on a weekend in August and it was quite busy there as it is less than an hour walk from the parking lot on relatively easy terrain. I had come from the Skyline Trail so it was at the end of the walk and it was not too busy on the way until we closed in on the falls. There is a little path down to the viewpoint, however in order to get the classic view of the falls with Mount Rainer in the back, you needed to wait in line. It got narrow at the picture point so you have to wait in line to take the picture making it crowded and loud.

Relatively easy paved trail from the visitors center. It can be a little steep in places but there are plenty of spots to sit and rest. To get down to the falls viewing platform there are steps and it is steep so if you have mobility issues you may not make it down there, but the trail is still very worth it. We had to circle the lot a few times to find someone leaving so we could snag a spot.

Stunning views, from the mountain to the waterfall, the flowers, the bridge. This is a great paved trail with some slight inclines but generally easy. The path to the falls is not long, there are some steep steps to get to the viewing point. My favorite part was the bridge that goes over the falls, that entire view from up above the falls was incredible and worth the walk even if you don't go down the steps to the falls.

Myrtle Falls is a breathtaking spot located within Mount Rainier National Park. Truly unique to see water fall and a mountain like the way it's laid out here by nature. The cascading water, framed by the majestic peak of Mount Rainier in the background, is simply picture-perfect. The hike to the falls is relatively easy, making it accessible for all ages, and the trails are well-maintained. Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just looking for a peaceful nature walk, this is a must-visit. The sound of the water, the fresh mountain air, and the stunning views make it a memorable experience.

We went during the off-season, last couple days of October and early November, the crowds are very minimal, the weather and the OP was exactly like you would expect it to be and so the scenery as well, just amazing, off-season seems to be the time to go
