Planned two night stay on our three week RV trip around Florida. I'll start with the negative and for us it was the site they gave us. We have a F150 towing a 18' tear drop and they put us on the smallest pull through on the end of a road at a corner. I could not park my tow in front of my rig unless I parked it on a angle and then the front right tire was on the patio pavers. The tail of our rig was one foot from the road edge. This site really shouldn't be there and if they keep it, make it for truck campers. It was tight, once we got parked, there was four feet between the passenger side of our rig to the brick fire pit. Plus, we had a snake (yes dead) in our fire pit. Now the positive - almost every night there was some organized activity; meaning this Park sort of caters to Snow Birds or long term stays. Nice dog park, plenty of places to walk your best friend, nice pool and one day during our stay they offered breakfast and it was great - eggs, sausage/back, biscuits, gravy, and pancakes and all for $7. Would we stay again - yes but we would ask for one of the outer ring back in sites or a larger pull through. We camped at Naples / Marco Island KOA Holiday in a Travel Trailer.
The campground staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn’t book my stay with my wife’s KOA membership number and they promptly added it on at check in. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was not too hot and the staff was told. The next day it was at a good temperature. The pool was warm enough. Outside temps were around 70/75 degrees in the day time. The sites next to the pool are subject to all night light from the pool as it and the hot tub are open 24/7. There are no fire pits in B row.
This campground is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. We broke down about 30 minutes from the campground. We called after hours and the general manager saw that it was one of their guests that was supposed to be there and answered. They offered to come and get us. The general manager and her husband brought their truck and towed us to the campground. They even stopped and let us get food for our family. Then after our vehicle repair was delayed they worked with us to extend our stay. The campground is the cleanest I have been to. They pool and the hot tub are amazing. The shallow boat ramp was super fun for me and my boys to fish from. My boys loved riding their bikes all over the campground. All of the staff are super friendly and we will definitely be coming back.
I came down to Naples KOA for a few weeks and it’s been better than I could have ever expected. From the quiet, neighborhood backstreets to a slice of heaven, this KOA did not disappoint. Great Christmas decorations in front of the office with the 24hr pool to the right. They say that they are still cleaning up from the hurricane but this is definitely the best KOA I’ve been to countrywide. The Kabins have air conditioning and a very clean and updated restroom. Finding the peace and happiness has been tough but Naples KOA checks all the boxes and they treat you like family. This will be our go-to for any warm weather family vacation.
We’ve stayed here two times in the last two years first was in 2024, pull through site and it was very tight but manageable. This year 2025 we stayed in a non pull through on the outer loop. Much more room but closer to the mangroves. Our site had a nice patio and a fire rings. Our site last year did not have a fire ring. Things we like: -The staff at this location are excellent. Everyone we met is very friendly helpful and communicative. Both years I had dropped off the family at a friend’s house nearby and went to set up the camper myself. The staff member who guided me to the site was more than happy and offered to assist me in backing #ADivorceSaverForSome. -the pool is clean, warm and well-maintained. Extra bonus. It is open 24 hours but does not seem to be an issue with noise. -The campground is well lit lighting is directed in such a way that it is not overbearing. I generally prefer darker campground it was not bad considering the overall location. -the campground is conveniently located to our friends and area attractions such as Marco Island and Everglades. -the campground overall is very clean and well maintained. We however, did not use their showers. In 2024 a hurricane flooded the campground as a result they upgraded all of the electrical components with new pedestals for all the sites. Dislikes: -The children’s playground jungle was limited in 2024, but closed to post hurricane. -Bugs are a problem however, this is to be expected when you’re essentially camping in the mangroves. The new no-see-ums (tiny gnats) are really bad and bite. This made it almost unbearable to sit outside. While this is not the campground’s fault and they actively worn people about them. I would love to find a way to manage them. Overall, the campground is in a great location, clean with awesome staff. And will most certainly return.
