Shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty, no full length mirror like most hotels/resorts have, light switches and eye hole are at the height for people 4ft tall? No light fixture at door when you walk in, 2 shower heads and the second one didn't work, no telephone in the room, very thin walls (can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing), no elevator or luggage carts, felt more like a motel than a "hotel" or "resort". After looking at other reviews, shouldn't have to contact front desk about things that should already be in place and ready for guests. Would not recommend. Find somewhere else, somewhere better, for the same/better price!
I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bath drainage was terrible — the water just wouldn’t drain properly, which made showering unpleasant. On top of that, there was no bath soap provided, which seemed like a basic amenity that was overlooked. Another inconvenience was the lack of a sidewalk, making it difficult to walk around safely. As for the coffee, it was awful — definitely not what you’d expect from a resort. To make matters worse, the closest coffee shop was a BP gas station, which really says a lot. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and accommodating stay. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously and makes some much-needed improvements.
It's not the Ritz Carlton or anything, but it's a nice clean room with all the amenities a family needs. We stayed off season and it was really quite calm and quiet. We got two rooms with a queen bed and bunk beds, which were adjoining, which worked out great for us.
Definitely not a resort. Pretty much like a motel. Everything closes early at 5pm. Mind you, check-in isn't until 4 pm. The rooms were old. The building needs an update and remodel. Our room was absolutely awful we stayed in room 2209 in building B next to the bank. There were bed bugs all over the bunk bed. My children ages 10 and 5 both were bit so many times by bed bugs. We calmly went to the front desk and told them and they told us they could not do anything about it. We asked for a refund and we were told we would have to wait 7-14 days for a refund and that our refund would only be 27$ when we paid almost 200$ for 2 nights.
Definitely a 3 star room because the bed and pillows are nice and clean. Great place to stay for cheap. Downside you can hear everything in rooms around you and the pool and hot tub is very basic.
