Visited New years Day. Mid 50s with a crisp breeze. This park is beautiful! The river runs by the trail, which is vastly and wonderfully maintained by the park. seats are available in different areas to stop and enjoy the view. There is a cave on the trail and also a waterfal at the end. Lace Falls looks just like lace as it runs down the rock. I will return but closer to spring.

I sidetracked off my route to get here. It's a beautiful place that won't take long to see if you are short on time but also a place you could leisurely pace through if you have the time. They have a big gift store and a lot of information. It is $9 to get in to see the bridge. There are also multiple trails and it seems like a great place for bird watching and other nature walking.

Went 1/3/25 in mid afternoon and in the middle of quick snow dusting. Pay at the visitor center building than walk down the 120 stairs down to a short walk to the bridge. Had 2 toddlers so I brought my umbrella double stroller, carried it up and down the steps and used it for the easier yellow trailhead to the small caves. Ground was maintained once down the stairs but not paved. Even the tires (on the umbrella stroller) weren't as smooth as a regular stroller it was our only option since our kids refuse to get into a baby carrier now. However it's kids friendly and recommend if you're in the area and wanna stretch your legs. If you want sunlight hitting the bridge would recommend going earlier in the day

Traveling through Virginia we took time to see the Natural Bridge. There is so much history in this state! Thomas Jefferson, saw the beauty of this area and purchased it. The bridge/arch is so cool and the walk down the 138 steps was easy to do. We went on ahead and walked to the Lace Falls, and enjoyed the beauty of the canyon. This is a great place to stop and learn.

Love you from India. Happened to visit this naturally made is one of the best fascinating place to visit. The natural environment. The mountains, parks and hiking trails are awesome and so much enjoyed. So many rivers, lakes, and hiking trails to go to that makes it easy to plan a quick trip. Summer sucks but the three other seasons are usually very enjoyable. VA just has it all and it's convenient to get to anywhere from Richmond. I did enjoy the random toy museum that was in the basement too.
