The Price is good. The showers should be remodeled and Carpet replaced with new flooring.

Awesome views. We walked our dogs on the pier every morning and evening. The rooms however were old, small, hot and almost always humid at night. Always ask for a room with an ac. They will say rooms are centrally located and there is a constant breeze. THERE IS NOT A CONSTANT BREEZE. The spot is centrally located and walking distance to most venues.

Got put in a room with an AC leaking water all over electronics. Raised my complaint and got moved to a room with no AC and a barely functional toilet (couldn't even flush a single piece of TP). Landline phone doesn't work, hope I don't need to call 911.... No mention of half of the rooms not having working AC on booking. Shame cuz this NGIS used to actually be decent. Next time I'll stay off base.

3.5/5 The front desk is very informative (provided a map of the base), welcoming and accommodating. The room is comfortable however it is outdated, dusty, poorly lit and the temperature is difficult to control. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors tvs, people walking by the door, and housekeeping. Housekeeping comes every 3 days sometimes longer. If you are staying for an extended time, warning they don’t clean the shower or the toilet. Guests and workers are very loud in the morning which makes sleeping in difficult. Washer and dryers are available free of charge. They also have free coffee, a computer and printer in the lobby.

No A/C in one of the buildings and they don’t inform you of this in advance. Would rather drive an hour or more and have a comfortably hotel room then risk staying here again.
