Customer Reviews
My first time staying at navy lodge. My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the lodge. Everyone was nice. The staff provided info on places to eat and shop in Annapolis. And the best part was when I looked out the window I could see NEX. My favorite place to shop.
Every room has a kitchenette, which makes it ideal for long term TDY or other official travel. There’s no base gate before you get to the hotel so you can Uber/Lyft straight to the front door. You’re about a 5 min drive to downtown Annapolis and 10 from the Town Center/mall. There’s a walking path from the hotel straight to the NEX right beside it and a playground for families with children.
Mica and Fuji do not know how to treat people. It is a shame that your workers lack basic courtesy and respect for others. Their attitude was highly unprofessional and extremely disturbing to say the least. I even witnessed how they treat their fellow employees firsthand and I must say, something needs to be done about it. I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs, but there needs to be serious training and oversight to ensure that their behavior doesn’t continue. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues to improve both their working environment as well as the customer experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone with a moral compass. Please take this feedback seriously and take any and all necessary action to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
This facility is squeaky clean. Staff is courteous. Best place to stay in Annapolis.
Great place to stay. Mario is a very good employee and deserves a raise
