Very convenient to visit family in the area. We booked a month at site F32 around $1200. Had unnatural amounts of rain and our site got pretty muddy (it was a grass site). A LOT of permanent trailers. Not much transient activity during the week. It's a big park so you get constant mowing/weed-wacking noise and there was construction on the main buildings. Pool was clean and great to cool off in. WiFi was pretty poor at our site(and we were near main building), we used our Starlink sat. system -be sure to map out your site first - lots of trees can obstruct. We pulled our satellite in every night and every time we went somewhere (afraid it would get run over). Some "nickel & diming" that seems very old school to us. For example: the showers have been renovated and look great but they left the old pay per shower box active - just cheesy since hardly no one was using them. A $10 per person visitor fee with an additional $10 if they wanted to drive in. (for example: a couple with their 3 year old want to come for dinner =$40, might as well go out to eat.) Another pet-peeve is the over-charging for pump out service $23 each time for 5 minutes time. I wouldn't mind hooking up camper every 4-5 days to take to pump out but the turn-around was tight and inconvenient as it took you outside of campground. I think a few should be included for a month rental price. Also, they used to have an RV service facility which was a nice feature in case you needed something done -don't know why it was closed, could be it didn't fit the corporate template. All-in-all not a bad park, we felt safe leaving camper there and while walking around, just feels like they are resting on their laurels.

The rv park is down a very narrow country road, The office personnel were nice. However, the rv sites are small, and jamed in very close to each other. The site we were assigned was at the very back, after a long windy trip up a hill, which was very difficult to manuver around. In one area there was a ditch inches from the road that made us fearful that a slight move would make us fall into the dich with our 35 ft motor home.
