THE MOST RUDEST RACIST PEOPLE EVER. The man that works up front named Shane has to be the most disrespectful person I have ever meet. I tried to rent a site out and was told it would be 650$ and month and then is told I need to make 2000$ and have a 1500$ deposit plus rent. Remind you everything was fine and he was not throwing out these crazy prices till he saw I had a hispanic/white kid.

I have often rented a U-Haul from Nelson's Outdoor Resort over the past couple of years and they are always very helpful and great to do business with. Shane in the office is always happy to help and so too is his secretary. If he is away from the office somewhere else on the large resort, I just call his cellphone (number is on the front door) then he soon pops back. A sweet grey cat also greets you when I have visited their office. Highly recommend Nelson's for U-Haul!
I did not stay there or even purchase anything but the man in the office/store was very helpful with a problem I had. I appreciate his kindness in helping me resolve my problem and save the day! Thank you Nelson's Fish Camp guy! He got a parking pass printed for me that I accidentally left at home and saved me the trouble of finding a place to get something printed in an unfamiliar town. I probably would have been late to the event I was traveling to had he not been so kind as to help me out. Oh, and he didn't even charge me anything! Win...win!
Update, Shane was able to find our reservation and gave us full refund. Lack of communication. We will give then a shot on our next pass thru. Thanks Shane!
