Neversink River Resort

We held our wedding at Neversink in September. We had a vision for a not-totally-conventional, weekend-long celebration, and we could not have found a better venue. We did tubing on the river on Friday- so fun! The river is very accessible and provides fun and natural beauty- great photo ops. The Lodge is beautiful, fully-renovated, and has enough character to be charming and enough space for us to customize the vibe. The large wooden bar and brand-new deck over the river are highlights of this fantastic space. We had 100 guests, and we were comfortable. The resort staff were helpful and friendly- several of my guests remarked on this. The manager is down-to-earth and fantastically accommodating. The cabins and yurts are comfortable and provide the necessities. We had the fun, beautiful weekend we had hoped and worked for, and I could not imagine it happening at any other place. We are looking forward to visiting again for our anniversary.

Absolutely beautiful property and we loved the cabin. It was a perfect place to stay to get away from the busy life while enjoying nature. The property is gorgeous and was a great stay for us as a couple. Would recommend to couples, families, anyone. The cabin was clean and the bed was comfy. There's a lot to do outdoors whether that's floating the river, riding around on the golf cart, getting tasty treats at the store, seeing the goats, making a campfire or a slew of other activities. Oh and the staff is super nice too.

We stopped here on a road trip and were surprised how kid friendly the property was. There was so much for our daughter to do and it felt more like camping than "resort" vibes. The staff was great. I forget his name, but someone drove around to check and make sure we were having a good time. He had firewood on the back of his cart for sale which was so nice. Camp store was filled with everything you would need...even local beer! Shower houses were a knockout ball park grand slam. SO clean and there were several, so you weren't fighting in the morning for a turn. This is impressive considering out outdoors the campground was. SO clean and beautiful. We had fun laughing at the ducks who live on the property. They pretty much camped with us the entire stay. Highly recommend if you're traveling through NY or need a good campground.

BOOK THE SITE! I have been here for two weeks now and we extended our stay because we love it that much! The sites are nice and spacious, the cabins and yurts are gorgeous, and the amenities are everything you would expect and more! The bathrooms are the NICEST bathhouse I have seen at a campground. Seriously! It's like showering at home with your own private room! We're here during the fall, but this place would make an AMAZING summer vacation spot! The river access is so simple and easy and the hammock village blew me away. The staff are also all so helpful and kind. Book your stay, you won't regret it! I will for sure be back here, and I'll be bringing friends!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Neversink. It was a peaceful mini getaway that allowed us to escape from the mad rush in the city and just be in the moment. We spent our weekend enjoying the tranquility and beauty of nature. We look forward to our future visits. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. There's a good inventory of supplies at the shop. The area is walkable and felt quite safe.

My husband and I got married here in September 2024. A massive hats off to Bradd and his team for pulling off what could have been a disaster after a management switchover midway through our planning process (with all of our records being lost and even and an unfortunate surprise double booking that Bradd resolved for us)! Bradd and his team were communicative, attentive, professional and responsible throughout both the planning process and the wedding weekend. We are truly grateful to them for everything they did for us - from helping us and our wedding planner with planning and set up, to maintaining the property and facilities, to keeping out hopeful party crashers and more. They helped us immensely when it came to helping our guests book their cabins as well as greeting and helping everyone navigate the property during the wedding weekend. We had our rehearsal dinner in the lodge, our ceremony by the river and our reception in a tent in the Neversink Village field. All of the locations held our group of 100 with ease. We brought in a food truck for breakfast which ended up being great! Our guests had an amazing time staying on the property with us all weekend and many have expressed wanting to stay at Neversink again. They were comfortable and loved the amenities that Neversink had to offer (especially Paulie and Mav, the goats)! We also brought in extra glamping tents through GlampStar which helped with overflow. We hold this property and its team near and dear to our hearts and hope that future guests have as great of a time as our guests did! You are definitely in safe hands with Bradd and his team.

What a wonderful spot! We came for two nights and stayed at a one bedroom cabin on the river and it’s a beautiful spot. The staff is so friendly and helpful and attentive. Last night they made a nice big campfire in the field for everyone and provided stuff to make s’mores. Be mindful though, because there is another campground called Neversink about 40 minutes north and that is a horror show. Make sure you put neversink resort into your GPS.!

My family and I really like it here! The staff are all super nice and the grounds are kept neat and clean. There’s lots for kids to do here and nearby hiking and other activities. We’ve never had a bad experience. However, and this has absolutely nothing to do with this campground, just all campgrounds in general. People who come here and all other campgrounds need to learn to be a little more courteous and respectful of the property and the facilities. So many times when we arrive, the restrooms are always nice and clean, but then you get those people who have absolutely no respect! They make a mess, and I’m talking about a dirty, disgusting mess, And don’t clean up after themselves! Have some decency and respect people!! You know who you are!! With that said, they really do a great job around here! We will definitely be returning again and again!😊😊

What a great campground. Went for a 3 day weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff was super helpful and friendly at all levels. The grounds were kept in excellent condition. The restrooms/showers were clean and seemed newer. The camp store was very well stocked with everything one might need in a pinch while camping, plus the ice cream was really good too!(4 and 3 year old tested) Will definitely go back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing campground.

I've camped here four times and honestly, I keep coming back because the place is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, the nature, the vibe - it's really one of my favorite spots to camp. That said, I was really disappointed this time around. I was charged $100 for leaving some garbage on the lot - but the issue is, they don't provide garbage cans at each campsite. It feels unfair to penalize guests for something that could easily be avoided with better setup or clearer communication. I always try to leave things clean, but it's hard to know what to do with your trash when there's no obvious place to put it. Still love the campground and I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously - especially from a returning guest who genuinely enjoys the place
