New Hope Landing RV Park & Marina

We have lived here at New Hope Landing RV Park & Marina for over a year now. The park is so nice with all of the shade and the river right behind us. The manager is so friendly and helpful. We enjoy all of the events the manager puts on for the residents here.

Beautifully located on the River. Low price and easy to manage. Dog friendly and located in a perfect spot to walk your companion down the road near the river. I live there for about 9 months. The host of the park is friendly and caring. She takes time out of the day to say hello and is always welcoming.

I just want to say that the manager Caitlyn and her staff are honest people with integrity. I dropped my wallet with 500$ in it on the ground before I launched and when I came back I noticed I didn’t have my wallet. She had found it and put it up for me in a safe spot for me to find. I was so thankful because losing your cc cards or ID would be a pain in the butt and losing the money would have caused me some issues. I’ve rented a slip here a few years back and always got good service from the people here. Integrity and honesty aren’t always easy to find these days so I appreciate it when I experience or see it first hand.

This place is the best kept secret on the Delta. Launching your boat is quick and easy and affordable with plenty of parking for boats, trucks, and trailers. The park is always clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. The residents seen happy and very welcoming to visitors. This is a great place to spend the day, or even live full time. One of my favorite places on the Delta.

Third year we've been here and no exit in sight. Shady lots. River access. Pet and (grand)kid friendly. Good atmosphere and good neighbors. Caitlyn does an excellent job setting up Holiday potlucks and other activities in ways that involve everyone from all ages. And, BTW - zero maintenance issues for the time I've been here. I highly recommend this place!!!
