Lot of mixed reviews so here is my 2 cents. I stayed for 7 days, including labor day weekend. I have a 30-ft class A, towing. 1) there are no road signs to direct you here, but my GPS led me straight to it. 2)staff is awesome and keep a clean campground. 3) I was in site 16 and the road in is tight, but it's so beautiful with all the trees. I was able to get parked by myself so it can be done. 4) the holiday weekend was noisy late thru the night, campers playing music loud and the koa had a party with a DJ under the tent, BUT the campers were playing family friendly music with their kids and it was a very positive vibe. I enjoyed it. Maybe if I was there for 1 night after a long drive I may have been irritated. But I had a blast and we all partied on the dance floor under the tent. Monday after Labor Day, all campers had cleared out and it was super quiet. 5) the office does not answer the phone if they are busy, but I sent a text and they responded to my issue promptly. 6) laundry, restroom and shower facilities are not modern, but they were clean and functioning properly. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again, but I would also keep in mind the time of year it is and the potential for a noisy crowd.

We stopped on our way back from the PA RV show enroute to Massachusetts. The park itself was decent, easy to get to and the people were friendly. We didn’t use the bathrooms as we had our own but they were very messy and a bit dirty. They had a great band playing Saturday night. Definitely not worth the price to park in a gravel lot with no tree cover or privacy…additionally the amount of campers with dogs that they would not curb their barking was annoying. We have a dog and we have trained her not to bark so our neighbors can enjoy camping too. Lastly…we camp to get away from the political noise that surrounds us in our daily lives. Your political choice should be private. I wish campgrounds would not allow political candidate signage, American flags are great. Military flags are fine too but just no politics please. KOA please stop allowing this. I saw several reviews complaining about this. Please Listen.

We stayed in 2 different sights …the second night was a wooded area—- great. First night more of a parking lot vibe. The people working at the park are great … very accommodating. Nice KOA and not noisy and right off a highway like some. A small dog park but there were some reasonable areas to walk my 2 doodles.

An excellent campground with friendly staff that is quiet and close to many cultural places. The best Koa we have been to. Areas with full hookups UPS are like a parking lot, but sites with electric and water were wooded and nice.

We pulled into New York City North/Newburgh KOA on our return trip to our home in Maine, for one night. The staff greeting was Awesome along with the escort to our site. Once we arrived at our site we were super excited to see the size and how the site appeared to be in the woods. We were so impressed with the site, facilities and staff, we booked a week in August next year prior to leaving.
