We have had a very nice time there. It is membership only! The membership price is around 16k for a lifetime membership + annual dues. We are full time so its super worth it for us there were quite a few extras that came with the membership. The bath houses are quite nice for a campground. As of 2024 there is around half of the sites without sewer at this campground. But they do offer a honey wagon for $20 Overall we are very happy with the stay.

Beautiful place to camp. After 10:00 pm you can hear a pin drop. Except when the bullfrogs are croaking. Lots to do. Love both pools. Reasoble maintenance fees. Definitely worth it.

The people here were so nice and friendly, and always out and about in the park. The site we were on was very tight to get into with our 5th wheel (40 ft) but was very clean and well maintained. We are self-contained and had a full hook-up site, so I can't speak to the state of the bathrooms. If we ever get back to New York, I would gladly stay here again!

What a great place! The staff and members were super friendly. Grounds were well maintained and the rules were all enforced properly. The restrooms in our side of the park were INCREDIBLE. They let us drive the close section and pick our spot which is such great service. The pool was perfect and we even did some good fishing. We will certainly be back. Only small negative was the allergy issues. The blowing "cottonwood" seeds were everywhere, our son has tree and other allergies and we had him highly medicated all week.
