If you're thinking about going...BOOK NOW! I took my 10 year old to celebrate her birthday. From start to finish it was the most amazing adventure we had been on. The people at the front gate were warm and welcoming, gave me my key early because the cabin was ready, and they were so accommodating the entire time (they knew I had 9 girls with me). We went in March and there weren't too many people which made it an enjoyable experience. In the morning we checked out at 11 but were still able to enjoy the camp grounds with whatever was open on Sunday. This feels like an annual spring break trip for our family now.
My family and I loved this trip! The staff, specifically the lovely women up front and the people working in the barn, were great :) very accommodating and helpful! There’s plenty of things to do included with your stay but the things you have to pay for are very affordable. My husband and I are already planning our next trip there. We stayed 4 nights, we were originally booked for 3 but loved it so much we added a night while we were there
My wife and I optimistically made reservations and so very thankful we followed through with our plans. This was a staycation for us and semi therapists session due to the loss of our 25 year old daughter 3 months ago. We arrived on a Friday afternoon for a 3 day stay and stayed in a Silo style room which was beautifully arranged. After, unpacking we immediately began exploring some of the camp grounds which was much larger than it appears and packed with entertainment for all ages. We absolutely enjoyed every single thing about this place and now planning on having our Family Reunion there this August. I strongly recommend this place if you’re looking for a budget friendly, high quality and comfortable place to vacation to.
This was our third time staying at this location. We had fun as always. We have a 7 year old and he always wants to be in the jump house which says for 5 y/o and younger. I noticed several older kids that wanted to get in or did get in and then the little ones would get trampled. It would be great if you had a 2nd jump house for older kids too.
The best part of the stay was all the activities for all ages. The kids had a ton of fun. The worst part of our stay was the mattress protector was extremely loud and crinkly. Every time my husband or I moved, it woke me up. The pool which was indoors was very cold and not enjoyable.
We had an amazing time at North Texas Jellystone Park! The entire place was super clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The natural scenery is beautiful and makes for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Whether you're camping, staying in a cabin, or just visiting for the day, this place is a great escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Went over the past weekend. Our family had a great time! Love the log cabin we had. It was nice that most of the activities come with price of admission. Few random things weren’t but they were not interesting to us like tie dye shirts.
This was our very first camping/"glamping" experience! Our family had so much fun on the property. The premium cabins are clean and the staff are friendly. There's a large variety of activities that come included with admission and a few activities that are a small charge such as tie dye or ceramic painting activities. The pools are clean and the property is well cared for. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart since the property is big and activities are spread out. We cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommended for a family vacation!
We rented a wagon for the night. Cool and fun setup, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. We had fun at the waterpark and the little petting zoo, but most of the other activities lack in structure and execution. Overall, we had a good time and made some good memories.
Without a doubt the most overrated and overpriced campground we have ever been to I rented a golf cart at 11 am and was told to walk over to the golf carts and it would be ready. I was then told it wouldn't be available until 1.pm. Then the sprinkler line blew apart at the back of our campsite and flooded everything blowing water 20 foot in the air. When I called the after hours number I was told it would not be able to be shut off until the morning. No hot water for the showers, flooded driveways from only a small amount of rain. The smell of sewage was almost unbearable.
