Lovely little primitive campground located just a few miles off the interstate. This made it a perfect place for a stop-off on our cross country road trip. There are no electric outlets and the bathroom is a simple vault toilet, but if you aren't high maintenance and simply want a cheap place to stay the night in a peaceful setting, then this campground will suit you wonderfully.
Smaller campground, beautiful setting. On Rock Creek (the blue ribbon trout fishery). Simple, short trail to the water. There's a nightly fee, first come first served. Make sure your cooler is stocked bc there's no nearby market. And keep the food bear-proof. Black bears are in the area regularly.
Decent campground if the "neighborhood" was better. Clean outhouses, easily accessible. No parking in actual campsites, but parking areas nearby them all. Creek access trails nearby.
Quant quiet little camp ground. Clean not far from main road. Would definitely stay there again.
Prices for an overnight stay have gone up. Camping areas are clean. Close to Ranch creek.
