We were the first ones in line, and two people walked in after us. One of the women who works there who was just walking around helped the guy behind us first, he had an elderly woman with him so we let it slide. Elderlys first. But, once she helped him she helped someone else behind us AGAIN, like we weren't even in line.. She greeted everyone personally by name and didn't even acknowledge us. We came in to get a new debit card because mine broke while we're on vacation. And what do you know? we get up to the counter to get a new debit card, but have to wait for the woman who's helped everyone in line BEHIND us because she's the only one who can apparently get us a new debit card. We waited 30 minutes and we were the first ones in line while everyone came and went. Thank god we are only visiting from Norfolk VA, because this was the worst Navy fed experience we've both had
On 01 June 2021 we came in to get ID cards. The person working told us we were not on her list and very rudely refused us service. We are from out of town and will not be here when the next appointment is available on the 10th. This person (female civilian) needs to be fired immediately she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE nor does.she appriciate the service of our veterans.
Great place to get a quick do it your self oil change without rolling on the ground.
