Very neat and clean. Wonderful place to stop off dump and pick up water. Excellent price for a spot to stay during fanfare, CMAs, ect when prices soar for accommodations everywhere. And only 20 minutes from downtown Music City USA. I love hide aways so there you have it.

It was nice. As I walked around I understood the highway noise, but I stayed close to the main office so I didn’t hear the traffic noise. Staff was great and bathrooms where clean and accessible at all time with code. Overall my month stay went well everything I wanted was a 15 minute drive into Nashville.

This place is a mud slide dump. Standing water and mud for days after raining. Rates are very high comparable to other campgrounds, taking into consideration the grounds, no amenities, noise level of interstate and semis that park behind the restaurant like a truck stop. You have to share power source with a neighbor. LOW spikes in electricity causing damage to appliances and circuit breaker. They don't abide by rv codes and space campers apart the required 15 feet. Staff is very unfriendly and owner doesn't abide by legal or ethical conduct in business matters, conduct or park regulations.

Horrible place. The woman working in the office (Donna) was in no way professional. She acted like it was such an inconvenience to take out money while viewing her "stories". She kept losing her place and starting over.i don't know maybe the poor thing just learned her letters. She kept asking me my last name and how it is spelled. To speed it up after the third time I just point at my license on her desk in front of her. It amazes me how some people have survived as long as they have. Short story long. Go to the next campground in Ashland city. It's cleaner, and there are a lot more amenities there.

Proximity to Nashville + price give it 2 stars. Could easily be 5 stars, however customer service and amenities are NON-EXISTENT! It's literally a parking place with hook ups. The staff have all been lobotomized. It's like talking to a cat. ZERO help! Office hours are not customer friendly - neither are the payment options. If CHEAP is your main objective, they got ya covered! If you need anything else, ya better bring it, yourself!!!
