I've lived here for 5+ years , some of the people are great as far as the manager for this park goes if there is a word that is worse than terrible that's what the manager is . She allowed tree trimmers on top of my motor home and they left a whole on top of my motor home . The manager picks and chooses who follows the rules and who doesn't and then proceeded to give my neighbor a foot of my yard to build his fence .when me or my roommate voiced our objections we were met with harassment and threats. I've never met the owner of the park but either he knows about these complaints and doesn't care or hes way too trusting with this Manager. The first year we moved here we were told by the manager that we couldn't have a garden yet when I looked around half the park had one,she also told us we weren't allowed to put tarps on our motor home (damage due to the tree trimmers)yet when I looked around a few other tenants were allowed tarps.if our yard is even a tad messy we were threatened with eviction,yet the manager gives other tenants slack despite their yard looking worse than ours. All in all I vote for a manager change

I've lived here for 5 plus years and a new nabor moved into the spot next to me and wanted to put up a fence taking 1 foot of my space and the land lord gave them permission to take my yard and threaten that if I didn't agree to it she would take my yard away on the other side as will. I told her try it.. end of story I didn't agree with it and she gave the nabor part of my space that I pay for. And they put up the fence a foot over the space line and gave part of my space to the nabor. Lisa picks and chooses who can and can't broke the rules. I had my garage can sitting on a wood pallet and she made me get ready of it because it's against the rules. Butt there are people here with a bunch of wood pallets. If you have money she likes you and lets you get away with everything. If you are not will off with a $60,000 RV she harasses you. She makes up new rules every few months targeting the people she don't like. She threatened people . They tree trimmers come and they got on my roof and put 3 foot size hole in my roof cause mager leaks in my roof causing allot of water damage . And there power box was wired wrong and I kept complaining and they repeatedly told my it was my motor home. I had to buy the electrical testers and find the problem my self.. and it ended up that on there power box the live wire and the neutral wire was switched. So I told them again and showed their election and then they fixed it but not before it burned out half the wiring in my motor home including my hot water heater and oven.. luckily I got it all on video of me showing there election the problem and him fixing it. Worst people ever. The only good person that works here is there maintenance man.. he is friendly helpful and a very hard worker.

Management is doing wonderful work around the park on getting rid of the mass drugs and the people that use them removed from this park permanently!!!.

Had issues with the. Community and. The gf say there's no scrupels and things walk off of you can't. Tend. To them. Full time. An but the lady they was the manager and the maintenance man were very understanding and. Help full only. Reason for low rating is how. Outside of the home. Helped. Influence in a detrimental to family and. Health of self. An relationship skntonrhay I say that place blows. But better the use to be

I moved out in July 2020 after reporting to the manager at the office. I fled due to domestic violence and 3 yrs later they begin to threaten me with evictions and taking.me to court. I brought them proof of my move out and they told me it was all cleared up. 5 months later and I am getting texts and automated calls from them about things that only affect residents. Call their office to clear it up and the lady was very abrupt. Bordering harassment now. I have blocked their numbers and advise nobody live here. Management seems incapable of keeping current and former residents from mixing.
