Absolutely amazing. Just stayed there for a couple of getaway nights with my wife. It was our first time there and definitely won’t be our last. Great view, very clean. I was impressed with the quality of cleanliness and all of the employees were great. It was snowing when we arrived and all through the night. The staff came around twice that I know of and put out salt The roads were never slick. They took good care of them. Hot tub in a 16 degrees day was great as well. Nothing but good things to say about our stay. We’re looking forward to our next. God Bless

My experience here was so peaceful and amazing. I already recommended my stay to several friends and they will be checking in with you ass. I love the view where my cabin was at. Justin and the young ladies that work at the office are so knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back again. I recommend taking a walk down Cave Trail on their property. M

Oak Haven Resort & Spa is unquestionably the best cabin resort surrounding the Great Smokey Mountains.  The Resort is nestled away in the foothills of the Smokies, but is still close to nearby attractions, retail stores, and groceries (which is great when you inevitably forget something).  The Resort is always clean, well maintained, and tenderly decorated for the season and upcoming holidays.  Adding to the charm of this family-run business is the attention to detail, sincerity, and follow through.  While the cabins are well stocked with everything your family would expect for a retreat away, the staff is quick to respond if you need a replacement kitchen utensil, linens, or any other guidance about the east Tennessee area during your stay.  My family has stayed annually at Oak Haven for more than a decade and will continue to do so, creating lasting memories for more years to come.

My family and I chose oakhaven resort because of the value and close proximity to the attractions area of town. Very secluded in beautiful mountain landscapes, lots of privacy. The accommodations were perfect, felt like home. We booked cabin 34 I was very happy and will return. Be ready though, you’re in the mountains! The drive was incredible, intense, and fun! Being from Florida it made for a real good time.

We, with 4 other families, stayed in cabin 85 and loved it. It was clean, cozy, and super convenient to amenities. The beds and rooms (each with their own bathroom) were perfect and super comfortable. The kids had fun with all the games downstairs. And you couldn't beat the beautiful view from the patio. We will be booking again for sure!
