Incredible place to spend a honest, fun, memorable summer. We have rented the last four years for the entire month of august, we are now finally ready to buy, and this is the perfect spot. Best of all worlds, pool, game room, sand and playground, woods with so many cool little night walks. Dog friendly which to us is most important. And the boards and rides are 7 min away, so kids don't see them everyday and actually enjoy nature and can do the boardwalk once or twice ;) a week !!!

I've been at Oak Ridge for 47 years. It's my second home. The place has changed very much since the old days, but that is to be expected. The people are great, the rules are good (some a bit extreme) but its a great community and a safe place for our children. The staff (especially Cathy and John) are a blessing and DO NOT get the credit that they deserve.

It's a lovely place to own, well maintained, Cathy who is the most efficient lady in charge is kind, friendly, and helpful in all matters. The beautiful pool always meets State standards, and the owners are nice and helpful when they know someone is in need. Campers are always helping OTHERS-- it's just their nature. I was a Girl Scout leader and my twin's husband was a Scout leader and this ultimately lead us into ownership at Oak Ridge Condominium.

We've had a home here for 30 years and we LOVE it!! Nothing but good to say about the staff. Although I do wish we could go night swimming in the pool.
