We are gay male couple and have a permanent site at Evergreen. We usually come over to the tiki bar on occasion for drinks and entertainment. Last night after having dinner at the Ding, we decided with another male gay couple and their 6 year old son to come have a drink. We have talked up the tiki bar but was very disappointed last night. Oakwood had a newlywed game taking place. There were 3 straight couples and one gay male couple participating. The MC was obnoxious, rude and disrespectful to the gay male couple. He made side comments continuously about being gay, referred only to the women and not addressing the male or males in a respectful manner. There are many of us here, meaning gay couples who have permanent sites or visitors who come often for the season. Highly disappointed with the event last night and the MC hosting. Show respect, dignity and treat others as equal. If your establishment can’t be open to everyone and be respectful of others you have no business being business or getting our business in the future.

We went there for a Birthday dinner, had fabulous service at the bar and even better service from our waitress, Stephanie. Steak was ordered that came over cooked, we ordered medium rare, they had no problem correcting it and even the chef came out to make sure everything was done to our liking. They were so nice and would recommend going there.
