This rating system needs to be updated. There are no rooms. This is an RV park. We stayed here for 6 months and for the most part enjoyed our stay. We met many nice people and enjoyed the Saint Augustine area. The park does not have many amenities and the pool was too small for the amount of residents feeling very crowded. The Ebb Tide had terrible hours and closed for renovation. The food used to be really good but was not enjoyable now. The best part of our stay was Ingrid, Mike ( security) and Rick ( maintenance). Fantastic people. Mike is the best and helped us during the hurricane evacuation and made us feel safe the entire time we stayed. Upper management of this park did not seem to care about feedback and often blew our comments off. We have stayed here before when we were part time campers and it used to be amazing. Needs new management.
Stayed here for a night so I couldn’t really use any amenities, but definitely a nice place. Pool is heated, they have a pool side bar and grill. The playground for the kids seems new and is clean. They have a laundry room also. Front desk was very nice and we had no problem getting to our lot with their instructions. 15 mins from downtown and there are several restaurants near by. I would stay here again. Campsite is spacious with own table.
Nice campground nicely laid out room for big RVs and 5th wheel rigs. Nice picnic area in the back with great sunset views. Pool and hot tub are kept clean and tidy. Laundry room has newish machines that accept credit cards. Restrooms are clean
My twin and our husband's visited for our 50th birthday, it was a nice stay pretty quiet sunsets were great, resort close to so many things. Water was shut off due to incident but was quickly fixed, personal opinion is camp sites are very close roadways narrow but we had concrete pads that is always a plus, upon arrival person checking us in could have been friendlier , she was just straight to the point nothing wrong with that just would have liked a smiling face. Overall nice place we had a relaxing stay thank you
We stayed here in our RV and loved the park. The bathrooms are super clean. We saw staff frequently during the day maintaining the facility. Love the dock and the marsh area and we saw a bunch of birds. The pool area looked great, but it was just too cold to swim.
