Good for kids
Great walk to the campsite. Beautiful area. One problem: someone spray-painted blue paint on everything. Hopefully, it will disappear soon.
50 yards from the river. Campsite with a picnic table and fireplace. Big area to explore, but we didn't want to walk far. Found horse poop and even a toilet seat!
Good spot to hike or camp. Trails could be marked better. Hand water pump at the camp, but the water smelled strongly of sulfur.
About a mile and a half walk to the campsite and river. If you're bringing kayaks, I would have a dolly. Otherwise, a nice place.
Awesome place to stay; breakfast comes to you. Highly recommended!
