Off Shore Inn & Suites

Stayed 1 night: the room was clean and large. Shower was great! View od the Mississippi from a screened in balcony. Bellevue is a lovely little.town on the Mighty Mississippi! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean campground! Water facing sites are wonderful. Other sites a wider than you find at KOA's. Pool area, beach, and play area are great. Bar, and snack shop located by the pool. Also a bar/grill on property and an inn.

We paid over $2500 for a villa for 3 nights, a hotel room for 2 nights and a cabana. We rented a villa and a hotel room over 4th of July weekend. I called months in advance to make payment for the villa which they say is to be paid in full. I also paid for a cabana for 1 of the days we were staying. When I checked out I received an invoice for the villa and cabana of almost $600, stating the villa price changed since I booked and the cabana was not paid for. I have a cc statement for cabana and was told it declined yet there is a reference number for the charge (disputing this with my bank). The villa was great the food was good l, enjoyed everything except for the overcharging/double charging. Even when I booked the villa we went over prices as I wanted to make sure everything was paid for and I wouldn’t owe anything. They should not be able to change prices after the fact. The price is already high for a resort in Iowa and then to get charged even more! Next time we will go on a cruise or take a real vacation, lol.

We rented a villa last weekend the key did not work properly to lock or unlock our villa, there were screws loose on the stairwell railing that cut three of our guests, there was lukewarm water only in the shower. We have been trying to resolve the issues and reported to them when they happened no one came to fix anything we checked out early this was 1100 we are trying to reach the owners now.... There was no Internet for our grandchildren... That was also not corrected. I did contact one of the actual owners he has not yet returned my call. The Villa itself was beautiful I just feel as though they should compensate us for all the things that were not working properly. WE DID HEAR BACK FROM THE OWNERS THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING WHATSOEVER ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG THEY WOULD NOT HELP US OUT IN ANY WAY I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOW TO ANYONE AND THAT'S TOO BAD.

The best days of my summer were spent here! So much family fun and an amazingly clean rv park. The pool area was both kid and adult friendly.
