All that ww used was the boat ramp and only one of the two ramps appeared to be safe to use. Facilities, buildings appear to be abandoned. Really sad state. There is tremendous potential for the property, but not being developed.

Okomo is a great small town little Rv, camp, and lake house/ living area. It has great fishing ,friendly people and Columbiana( closest town)always has something going on in town. No, it's not the fanciest with 5 star amenities but if your looking for somewhere to maybe take your family to for the weekend, holiday or even the summer . It would be a wonderful place. If your use to the finer things in life or your not friendly enough to wave at a neighbor, or it hurts to smile . I would suggest somewhere else, definitely.

I'm just recently gotten there so far it seems very peaceful and the people are very nice it could use a few upgrades for sure but for the price you can't beat it. Best fishing around.

It was just okay for me at first then turned out to be pretty cool, my family of 5 primitively camped at their camp grounds. There was power but no water. Also about 100 yards from the actual lake.
