My husband, Chista 🐕 dog, and I have been lucky, fortunate, and grateful for being given a chance and 👍 great opportunity to rent space #27, month to month, with our 16' travel Road 🏃 Runner 2006 trailer since we backed it into place in August of 2021. Unfortunately, unexpectedly, and regretfully we had to make a big life decision recently, which didn't include being able to stay at this clean, ✌ peaceful, and very friendly RV Campground. The on-site host 💑 couple were very easy to work with, nice to chat with out on 🚶 walks, and have been the best landlords I have had in my life. We all helped each other out when needed, communicated openly & honestly, and genuinely ❤ cared for those in our small little community. People, couples, and 👪 families made the place feel balanced, safe, and fun. I will miss it here at Ol Jo, but life and a higher power have other plans for my 👪 family during this season of change in our lives. I highly recommend staying here for at least a month if you really want to soak ☝ up the eccentric culture, get to know the community and those people who make it special, and even just get away to relax far from the city/🌎world/daily grind they may be getting a little monotonous. Our dog made other 🐶 puppy friends and grew to 💘 love "her resort" (aka the trailer). It was 👍 like 🏕, but everyday for her and golly does she 💘 love to camp! I'm so happy to be leaving this tenant - landlord relationship with positive vibes, a👍 good rental reference for our next 👍 great adventure in life, and having enough time with my 👪, parents, and in-laws to get packed ☝ up, cleaned ☝ up, and have our trailer worked on while we hopefully find another place just like Ol Jo RV Campground to really thrive wherever our 🏡 home on wheels finds the place we are meant to be, at that particular time, so hopefully we can make a positive and organic difference in the community, in the schools, and with those we encounter who might be less fortunate, than ourselves, in whatever area that may be in. Sharon the manager was friendly and amiable but rentals go through Jacoby Creek Realty in Eureka CA! Now “Jacoby Creek Realty” is a different story. Jacoby Creek realty is full of rude, judgmental, and unprofessional people! Where Sharon had said we should qualify, the Realty gave excuses for not renting to us. In the end highest bid won and it wasn’t us! So if you want to get in there you better be able to deal with a jerk realtor, stay a year and fork out more money!
We are in Cave Junction for work. We came to the park yesterday at 2pm and have not been able to find the person running the park. There is no one take our money and we have no ability to use the restroom, showers, or the laundry facility. We have called the number left on the office door over and over again and it simply rings and rings. This is completely ridiculous!!!!
Quiet, peaceful park. Tent camped two nights in summer of 2013. Friendly people, good place to rest up after traveling five weeks on our Goldwing.
I loved living here the manager Gary was very understanding and he helped with any problems that there were he goes above and beyond to make sure that his place stays clean and safe for everyone who wants to stay there I am very impressed and I recommend this place to everyone prices are good as well
