I can't complain. A campground full of fishermen and women with a grill and convenience store at the entrance. It's 3 blocks from the marina and close to whatever you need. Niagra Falls is about 35 minutes west.

Don't know much about the campground. However the motel is decent definitely could use a little updating. The beds are uncomfortable, very small off colored box TV. They do need some touching up. But the location is nice. Not saying this makes up for it all. They have a mini fridge and microwave which is nice. There are two beds per room. The rooms are a decent size big enough to move around in. They have plenty of towels and stuff like that. I love the fact they allow dogs, that to me is a huge plus. Thank you to the owner for that one. The person that runs the place is so nice as well.

I loved this place and I was amazed by the owner he was so helpful and kind I have not a issue whatsoever. Of course I am aware people will smoke despite being told it isn't allowed but I am reasonable to understand that people will do what they want and I am definitely not going to place the blame on him. He explained it isn't allowed and I complied but of course there's always a bad seed dear. Learn to have a reasonable attitude towards someone doing that Job it is practically adult babysitting haha 😆 With that said I am planning on staying there again in the fall 🍁 I was One of the quiet ones that didn't smoke or disturb my neighbor's but there's always a bad seed. Take care hope you get a chance to get a new perspective next time about Olcott resort ⛵

We went as a group of four and enjoyed every bite. Fish fry, scallops soup salad and drinks . Our waitress was attentive and so friendly. I would recommend a visit or many.

Had a nice stay over 4th of July. Reasonably priced. Close to where we wanted to be.
