The presence of a small river, like the Bellamy River, adds to the natural appeal, with opportunities for fishing (a license is needed for the Bellamy River).

My family and I have been to multiple campgrounds. We found old stage and spent the summer as a seasonal this year and we have enjoyed every moment and memory made there. The owners have been nothing but amazing and treat you like family and always willing to help you without a question. We’ve had a nightmare of a time with our camper, Dave and sons have been incredibly helpful with their advice, tips and helping hand. Karen is the most sweetest down to earth lady, as well as the rest of the girls in the office. I highly recommend this campground. We have a 6 year old who loves it here and has made so many friends and memories that will last a life time. The weekend activities are always a blast as well. The campground is clean and always precise along with the pool!
Amazing people and so very kind. We had hands down our worst driving experience from Chicago to New Hampshire with a travel trailer we shouldn't have gotten. Last minute (2 hours) we found we could not park where we had planned. Old Stage absolutely saved the day getting us into a spot helping very green travelers get setup (leveling, hookups, everything) and then helping us get everything taken back down when we had to leave. Checking on us throughout the stay among many other small and large kindnesses. In addition the campgrounds are beautiful with an amazing swimming pool and lots of fun activities. Great camp store with lots of fun items food and snacks. Highly recommend them.
These were the nicest, most helpful people. They went above and beyond to make sure we were set up correctly and gave so much help to us, a couple of new, frantic, frazzled, freaked out RVer's. They made a terrible situation seem so much easier for us. I don't know how to thank them except to leave them an amazing review. If we ever go back there with a trailer again, we will be staying with them at their campground. Thank you soooooo much!!
Friendly staff and clean facilities. Weve been coming for the past 3 years and the owners even remembered our names. The sites are spaced out well and is mostly filled with seasonal campers so mostly families and not full of high turnover partiers. Weekends are filled with activities and you can tell the crew/family that owns and operates take pride in it.
The staff are very kind and helpful. The campground has a lot of permanent residents and the care placed in these residences varies. Their electricity is not great. I know they said they are working on upgrades and that they cannot get they correct amount of power they need from the power company. Visiting in fall might be a better solution. They have amazing WiFi. I would not have gone with the site I had if 8 had known about the DJ dance party right in front of my site until the late hours on Saturday night. This is a personal preference and doesn't reflect on the campground, but my family is normally asleep by 9 and the loud booming bass made that impossible. Laundry on site. $3.00/wash & $2.00/dry. I went into Dover and did my laundry much cheaper as I had many loads thanks to a month-long trip. Overall, I'd stay there again, but in the fall. The owners are wonderful people, so give them a chance if you live in the area.
