Great family friendly campground just down the street from muddy run. Recently renovated pool, nice bath houses, small playground, and a game room. The owners keep it maintained very well and it's very affordable. Highly recommend!

Quiet, wooded, rustic campground with large RV spots, a nice clean pool and friendly ownership. Our family stayed here for a few months while in transition during a move back to the state & we were sad to leave. It's a beat away from most things but not super far from Lancaster City, Willowstreet, Quarryville and the Maryland line. (Check out The Rawlinsville Brickhouse- it's the closest restaurant less than 10 mins away and has good food & drinks) Now for the cons: 1- There is no laundry on site with an approx 20 min drive to the nearest laundromat in Willowstreet. 2- The biggest issue for our fulltime family is the wifi and cell service is almost nonexistent. There is wifi across the park but it isn't reliable for regular device use. We used two different wifi options of our own with no positive results. (TMobile internet & RV IT Guy which we use everywhere) If you're not internet reliant and don't mind being off the beaten path, this is a great budget friendly option tucked in the beautiful hills of Southern Lancaster County. Pam & her dad are great & the long term guests are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we're ever back in the area!

We loved it here until the daughter got involved. She was very big on calling police on campers when we stayed here along with patrolling the campground in her loud diesel truck 24 hours a day looking for any rule breakers that she could call police on. She was also very rude and there was no privacy. You could never relax here and just enjoy being with your family. Was actually told by her to keep children quiet during the day because they had someone living here year round that worked the night shift. Very bad experience and do not recommend for a family who wants a nice vacation

Very well kept. Quiet. Level sites that we saw. No camp store that we found, so bring everything you may need. Web site is hard to use or doesn't work, not sure. But the campground is very nice!

Location is the only good thing about this place. Owner and his "Manager" daughter are unprofessional and have communication issues. You have to follow all rules including the ones they make up as they go and the rules only apply to certain people. Game room is outdated and smells musty was only opened after certain people asked to have an event in there. Office is useless no one is ever in there, bathrooms are open whenever they feel like it, playground is filled in with rocks (because that's a good idea for kids) Pool is decent when it's open however they close it to play around with the chemicals instead of paying a company to get it right. There are campsites that look like junkyards and instead of having them clean it up they gossip to other campers about them. if you keep your site clean you can't move sites they make dumb excuses to keep you up in front to make the campground look good. If your looking for the "manager" she's rearranging the same rocks by the pond or starting a bunch of different projects at the most inconvenient times or gossiping to other campers like she will try to block the guys in the bus with campers because she doesn't like the bus, she isn't a fan of Carlos and told us not to trust him to move our camper, she hates the porch with the sticks in the railing (but gave them the sticks) Would not allow a Veteran who was having safety issues getting in and out of her camper move locations because her site was cluttered. She was really friendly though especially with my man whenever I wasn't around, finding any excuse to talk to him, leaving if I pulled up, only working on the hill if he was up there visiting our friend, Most women speak to the woman of the house just so you know. After you kicked us out because the water froze and we didn't tell you (made up rule) you had no business texting him...lose his number. And if you still decide to go to olde forge just become friends with Tiff and Josh they are very privileged.
