Omni Providence Hotel

We enjoyed our weekend stay, but we expected more from the room. Not sure if it needed more of a deep clean or an updating. The chair in the room seemed like it needed a steam cleaning. The water pressure in the sink was super low. The toilet was kind of small and the toilet paper hold was all up in my knee. It was in a bad location and because of that it was loose from people banging it. Staff was great and the lobby is very nice and classy. Not a bad stay and with some improvements it could be great.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very clean and well designed. Bath amenities are premium. The staff is very polite and respectful. Room service is on time. When you check in they open a text chat with you and you can put in any service request that you may have in there. It has the advantage of the location being in downtown and it is internally connected to a mall, in case you need to buy something really quickly. The internal connection to the mall is a great feature specially in winters. I liked the breakfast and lunch, didn’t try the dinner there.

Paid 340 dollars for an upscale room, upscale means 2 floors up and no changes to the room layout or amenities. was gladly sold a bathing suit at ridiculous prices in the in-hotel store. was told shortly after that the pool is indefinitely closed. Wifi is paid for only or forces you to sign up for a rewards website. I tried the rewards website and signed up for it to not work. I've had better experiences at motels for a fraction of the price. hotel was clean and being attached to the mall is a huge plus. You pay for every ounce of convenience.

Initially I was disappointed with some of the staff and the room quality, however, the manager personally ensured the rest of our stay ran smoothly. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. It was a special trip so I was immensely grateful for the amendments. The hotel itself is very conveniently located--directly attached to the Mall. Through it, you can access a variety of places without needing to step outside which is incredibly useful during the cold winter months. When travelling with a group, be warned the double beds are quite small so I recommend only sharing if both people are petite. I appreciate the Omni and will hopefully stay again in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Omni in Providence, RI and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, Bella Maria at the front desk made check-in a breeze with her efficiency and friendliness. The rooms were spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The valet attendants were also exceptional, always there to help with a smile on their faces. Overall, the entire staff at the Omni was top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a seamless and fantastic experience.
