We recently visited this lake for a day of biking and paddling. The biking trail around the lake took us about 2.5 hours to complete. While the trail offered some scenic views, be aware that certain sections lack tree cover, making it quite hot and uncomfortable on sunny days. As for paddling, it was an enjoyable experience, and there’s no fee for using the water. However, we were disappointed to find that the water quality was not the best. It appeared murky, and swimming didn’t seem advisable. Overall, while the activities were decent, the environmental conditions could be improved to make the visit more enjoyable.

Great park for walking, biking, roller blading, or any other way you choose to stroll through the paths. The playground is huge but in the hot sun, the playground gets hot for the littles. Great views and I rented a kayak once and it was so fun. I love this park.
