Great place that's close to home! I've been going up Ophir since I was a boy. The people are friendly and welcoming! That is if your respectful to where they live! Awesome trail access and camping spots. Great hiking as well! Wish I would took more pics! Beautiful country! From that rock in my pics I had hummingbirds whizzing by! It was awesome.
The yurt and ropes course were a fun escape from the everyday work stresses. A great for place for a conference or team building activities.
Great place to get away and camp. Clean bathrooms and grounds. I’m looking forward to going back.
This campground is for families and group functions. You have access to 2 yurts and bathrooms. There is a nice fire pit. Playground, sand box, and volleyball court for all activities. It is just outside of Ophir where I’m sure there are things to do, or you can go further up the mountain and explore nature. If you are planning a reunion or group function I would definitely look into this place!
Beautiful grounds! We did see rattlesnakes, so beware of that. The in the creek was higher and just really gorgeous campground!
