Rented a room there for a week while trying to get over pneumonia. It is a very cute, tucked away kind of place. Rooms were clean, not crazy expensive, and free breakfast in the morning. We were able to have plenty of room to park our tractor . Staff was kind
This was a perfect small inn for me on my travels. I wanted something safe (as I have a big load in my car) they have cameras and I felt safe leaving it. The pet fee is $20 which is totally fair. They were super nice when I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfy bed. Breakfast is simple but included. My only issue was the heater was VERY POWERFUL and it took me a bit to figure out a good setting since it doesn’t have an actual degree to set. You will not go cold or hot tho! I would def stay here again.
Staying at the Oquirrh Mountain Inn has been an incredible experience, especially since I first visited the Tooele Valley in 1984. Being back here 41 years later is cathartic. I stayed for eight nights and got to know the staff quite well. They are incredibly friendly, accessible, and accommodating to all travelers. They were especially kind to me as I navigated the area without a car and relied on mass transportation—they were always helpful and supportive. The inn is located between two large truck stops, so there’s a lot of traffic from trucks and vehicles traveling between Tooele and Salt Lake City. However, this didn’t affect my stay much, as the location is very convenient. The inn offers great value, particularly if you book through a third-party service. Booking directly with the hotel is more expensive, but even then, it’s reasonably priced. The combination of affordability, accessibility, and friendly service makes it a great choice for both one-night travelers and those staying longer in the area.
Staff was extremely helpful, friendly. I stayed for an extended time, and I received excellent service the whole stay! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We lived in our RV here with full hookups, and we wished they would host their RV sites year round. Even though it sits between 2 truck stops, it is a quiet place to stay. It is right off I-80 has the small town slow paced lifestyle feel. The GM Shae is very easy to work with, and he's very accommodating.
