I have been to Orvis Hot Springs probably 10 times. The pools and scenery are fantastic. I have only ever done a day pass to soak, but I bet the night time soaks are amazing. It’s remote enough the vibes are chill and very ideal. They have a couple kid friendly pools as well as adults only and some super hot ones with a couple cold plunge options. I often find myself in this area of Colorado and always make it a point to spend some time at Orvis Hot Springs!
Love these hot springs! There is a no electronics policy to protect everyone’s privacy (of course). It makes it very peaceful. I always describe this place to people as “what I imagine the garden of Eden would look like.” Especially in the Spring and Summer! Green as can be with beautiful flowers and stone walkways to the different pools. Winter is especially perfect for soaking because you could be out there all day and night (hypothetically). Whereas in the summer it’s too hot out to soak at the same time. There’s two cute kitties who roam around and are super friendly. The sauna is great and there’s is also a cold plunge tub and a super hot “lobster pot”.
Orvis is a home away from home. The pools are relaxing, natural and peaceful. The landscaping within Orvis is beautiful and also the view of the mountains and surrounding areas is quite breathtaking. The staff and services are top-notch and the bathrooms and communal kitchen are very well maintained. Free coffee in the morning! Orvis is the place my partner and I come to for a beautiful rest and reset, our birthday ritual for each in spring and fall. Orvis always brings such comfort and healing, the first place I recommend to people 💙
My girlfriend and I have been to quite a few hot springs and this was by far the best one! Main pools, Private pools, lobster pot, sauna, and cold plunge! It has it all! The price was definitely on point compared to the ones we've been to. Highly recommend!
Love love love this place! The mineral hot springs are amazing with hot spring pools of various temps with a cold plunge and lobster pot :) Staff is great, the views truly can’t be beat. The property is tended to and cared for so well. Vibes have always been great! Great common/shared kitchen space
