Customer Reviews
A cool place where both adults and children can enjoy. You get to see and observe ostriches and emus at a safe distance. The little ones also get to feed these creatures, but be cautious as they are very cunning. They can aim for your hand instead 😂 Tickets and feeding food are at a reasonable price. Their gift shop also sells unique ostrich merchandise.
Made a quick stop while visiting Solvang. The gift shop had nice items available to purchase. The emus and ostriches were great. Plenty of them to see and nice walking areas to view from. We fed them for fun. They were fairly well behaved! Fun outdoor stop.
Wow really good. So good I sent back for another year. The ostriches/emu are really cute and you can feed them for the low price of $1 (The entrance price is nice at $7). The birds are so cute and silly. I also love the fact that it also have other animals, ground squirrels, small ground birds, and also rabbits increases the visual diversity. 🐦
I loved my visit here. We spent an hour walking around and feeding the ostriches. I was amazed how different it was, seeing an ostrich close and how big they are. I highly recommend stopping here when visiting Solvang. It's a good place to create core memories and have that exciting experience of doing something that you will probably never have an opportunity to do again, and the staff was all super friendly. The drive was less than 5 minutes from my hotel, and it was not crowded when we visited around 1 on a Thursday.
Great place to see and feed the ostriches and emus!! Lots of birds that are really fun to watch. The entrance is $7 per person and one bowl of feed is $1. More than reasonable for the amount of fun this place provides. Free parking, restrooms on site and proximity to Solveng makes it a great place to stop for an hour or two. They also sell ostrich eggs when they are in season.
