This was our last stop on our 9 day journey. We spent 2 nights tent camping right on the water. It was awesome amazing views, killer sunsets. You can rent boats and kayaks we did both, the lake was wonderful. This is all great but the best part was honestly the owner and staff!!!! Top notch all the way around great people and service. There's an awesome camp store with everything you could want or need. I would do this over and over again!!!!!
Very nice people. Easy access from the thruway. Our campsite was in the field. Closely spaced. The many motorized carts were a bit much in the late evening.
They have cabins to rent and they are very cozy and it's a great getaway. The lake is beautiful.
Camping spots are small, not entirely flat, and have no shade, but it's a convenient location and easy to get there from Beak and Skiff shows. Access to the water from paddling boats like kayaks could be improved.
We loved this place! So many cozy places to hide away and read a good book! My 3 sons had a ball hiking around the area and apple picking. The only reason I rated “4’s” was because it was noisy between floors and we thought it would be a bit more secluded. Gorgeous sunsets! Thank you Jill and thank your parents for helping us with the heater! :)
