Linda and I always tried to spend a few days here in 1990 through 1996. Retired now and living in coastal NC. Just checking to see if ur still open. Best of luck to you two. Great memories! Steve and Linda Smith
They are right on a beautiful canoeing stream yet complained when i stopped by the store to get a cold drink. Threatened to charge me with trespassing but when I asked if they didn't want my money they didn't like that idea either. Just not nice. Camping is either in a field and looks hot or in the woods and always looks damp....but it might dry out if Vermont ever dries out.
Been going there since I was little, the camp ground owners are the greatest people, very nice they have a nice pool to cool off in the summer time, a nice getaway if you don't wanna spend too much, not to mention it's located in a beautiful state and the town of Danby
Very quiet. Kinda run down. I can see how this was once a very nice campground, but it's but a shell of what it once was.
Friendly nice people
