Our Ponderosa | A Parkbridge Cottage & RV Resort

Rented small cabin for the week with our Grandsons 10 & 8. Staff pleasant and helpful. Park well cared for. Boys found lots to do. Loved swimming, mini golf, bouncy ball, and shuffle board. Staff enforced 11pm quiet time which was great!! The only minus would be the pool only being 4' deep and it would have been helpful to have an induction plate to cook on. Definitely a place we would return to.

I am a senior seasonal resident. This campground has gone downhill in the last few years. The community building was torn down a few years ago. The only place to get together is a small noisy tin pool shed - attempts to mute the noise is a dismal failure. This year lots are moving out - selling is next to impossible because of lack of maintenance... Cannot keep a manager to run the park. Upper management keeps our site fees and does nothing for the residents - can not keep a manager because there are no improvement funds. Our present Volunteers are tired of doing everything that the cheap owners are taking credit for....

Spent the weekend there recently. Camp sites were well maintained, bathroom and showers were clean each time we used them. The pool slide was out of service, but that didn't stop the kids from having fun. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also have a mini putt. The beach is not far from the campground. I would go back again or recommend this location to others.

We looked at a few location before purchasing our trailer. We didn’t feel pressure at Our Ponderosa and the management team was superb during the process. We finished our first full season and have a count down to opening day. My children enjoy playing outside all day with friends they have made at the park. The people at the park are the greatest and we enjoy all the event that’s planned. The golf course was a big reason picking this as our second home. It’s well kept and perfect to teach my kids the game.

We were excited to camp here for the first time however we will never come back! Pool heater wasn't working, bathrooms never flushed, waterside was down, wasp nests over our site that supervisors knew about and never did anything about led to 5 bee stings in 2 days. Ponds were fenced off so no fishing. My husband was thrown off his bike, after confirming with the control person he was passing through, leading to costly damage to his bike and our bike trailer which could have led to serious injury to my husband and our kids and we were left having to chase management down for promised compensation that was later ruled as our fault and left with nothing. Residence warned us how much the park has gown down. It really is unfortunate. I suggest knowone waste there money on this park and that if you ever need to deal with parkbridge management, that it isn't drawn out and as unprofessional as our experience was.
