Ouray Riverside Resort • Cabins & Inn & RV Park

I hesitate to tell people about this cozy little gem because it’s that good! We stayed in the Inn, in the deluxe room! Amber (co-owner) showed me around 2 different rooms & was more than willing to work with me on all aspects of our stay! Great parking! Excellent prices, she even gave me a discount because we stayed several days in the off season! Super friendly owners! Nicest place we have stayed in this cozy little mountain town! Absolutely LOVED the deluxe room! It felt like a little apartment! Really quiet! I could go on & on! We stayed in November! It took me a while to post this, I want to say thank you to The Perkins for making this special trip even more special for my mom and I! We will definitely stay here each time we come on our annual trip from now on!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in process after hours was very easy and they already had the heater going so it was very comfortable. The smokehouse was very close and we ate breakfast there one day and it was great. Sage was our waitress and she did a great job. Not having running water in the cabin was not really a problem at all. It was an easy walk over to the bathhouse and they were very clean and the showers were nice. Overall we had a very nice time and it is close enough to walk to hiking and other attractions.

We stayed in the rustic cabins over new years for 2 nights. Just outside of town, you can enjoy the amazing views and the river right next to the cabins. We were bit nervous about not having a bathroom in the cabin, but the walk is short, well lit, and the bathroom are maintained and super clean. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

I stayed here with my fiancé and we brought our dog with us. This place honestly blew our expectations out of the water. We stayed in one of the riverside cabins and it was clean, warm, and very cozy. The bathrooms were close by and were always clean and warm. Downtown Ouray was only a 15-20min walk along the River. We will definitely be coming back— I would give this place a 10/10!! Also, very dog-friendly. We just paid a small pet deposit at the beginning of our stay.

Such a lovely place! The cabins are nice and cozy, we did the Rustic Cabins for about $90-$100 a night, came with towels and shampoos and soaps for the separate showers. Bathrooms are separate but very close so it’s not so bad, and the deluxe cabins have bathrooms but those aren’t pet friendly. The rustic ones are pet friendly with a $100 refundable deposit. They have a campfire area and 2 hot tubs. We hopped in the tub while it was snowing and it was *wonderful* highly recommend, incredibly kind staff and it’s even attached to a gas station for supplies!
