This is not a hotel. 55 and older community, you may rent for a week or a month or more. We own. There is no rule on the books that hasn't been broken. From the use of your own property to the type of dog you own to the fact that there had been 3 men living here under the age of 55 for several years, there may still be one left. If you like nosey neighbors this is the community for you, everyone needs to know everything you are doing in ORO, and they will report you if they don't like what you are doing, even if it's not the truth. We've owned for 2 years and I try desperately to keep to myself, my favorite time to come down is in the summer, no one is around!!!
This is a 55 and older community where the units and lot are privately owned. It has 2 heated pools, a nine ⛳. It also has a clubhouse and planned activities. Great place to be a snowbird.
CONS: Not great for an RV. Didn't know resort is 99% modular homes. Felt out of place with our camper. Also, no shade and small lots. Asked to close to bathrooms. Was put close to pool bathroom. Not told they are closed at night! PROS: Full book ups, Passport America discount, Great pool and amenities. Close to Disney, shopping and restaurants.

My family bought in the park in 2015. It was the best investment ever the park is very clean and the pools are clean and heated all year. It also offers a lott of activities throughout the winter months. The 2 pools, lake, golf course, and Put Put. The park is close to everything. u need to have fun for the winter
