I've been coming here for 5 years. We are here for 3 months January to March 2025. The place is ran like a concentration camp by just a few of the security guards. It seems you have 2 different set of rules. The winter rules that are followed to the T and then the summer rules that are non existent. They have a gated dog park that is disgusting to have your dog step foot in it due to the smell. It is NEVER sanitized at all. You take 4 steps off your place in the dark and Maggie will right you up for not carrying a flashlight but yet she walks from gaurd shack to wherever w/o one. This place was used to be so enjoyable but this season it has changed drastically. Winter Rules vs Summer Rules are not the same!
I moved from my home there after selling. I also left my job at the Marina store. Nice place to rent or own. Tell them MiMi sent you to the marina store. Rec fuel, bait & tackle are all priced well.
Been going here for years and they've recently updated accommodations - gym, basketball court, shuffleboard, ping pong, computer lab, marina, pool, and I know I'm forgetting at least one. Its a gated community, affordable, quiet, and an hour north of Key West.

Love this resort. So much to do and it’s between the two best keys. Security is awesome! Love that you need a reservation to enter.
